Based on the original Fishtown Beer Runners in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the research of Manuel J Castillo-Garzon, MD, the Montreal Beer Runners is a local running club aimed to spread the word of beer and running, one step and one pub at a time.
Gonna be a hot one tonight people, make sure to hydrate well BEFORE the run, the after is already a given. The path tonight will take us on the nicely shaded mountain trail, so it won't be too terrible.
